Great service and parts

Great service, great vacuum

I was able to get the issue with my vacuum diagnosed over the phone and was told what parts to order. Free shipping. Parts arrived and my vacuum is up and running.

There was no brush guard

There was no brush guard with my Eufy and I didn't realize it was missing until the brush fell out. And a small blue piece of the opener was broken off. I believe I got a returned item.

I hope this one doesn’t break!

The part is pretty delicate. My eufy RoboVac 30C had only been hooked up less than 3 months. So the part did not wear out, the plastic broke. I tried to explain that, but only received a message that the part is not under warranty! I think customer service could be better.
