I have no problem with the Eufy or the filter set. I went to your website, expecting to simply buy the filter set, and had no idea on how to traverse through your protocol to purchase.
Very confusing.

Easy to clean and does a good job

I accidentally ordered the wrong filter size. These filters are too short. It's not clear that the 11 S and others don't match the 11+ IQ. I bought this unit over four years ago, but it still works great. But I finally had to call the company directly, and they said they don't support that size anymore. That is quite annoying, and they should make it very clear on the website that model is not supported anymore. And the person I spoke to make it sound like it was so easy to get it on Amazon, but again it's not 100% clear which ones are for the model I need (the model alphanumeric designations are very similar), so I'm just going to have to measure it before I order anything more.

Because the product still works great, it really puts a bad taste in my mouth that something as simple as consumables is not supported after only five years. It really does make me possibly consider another product in the future if this one dies, because they have so many models now, I think they lost sight of making things logical.
