I have several Anker and Eufy products even home security and believed the Customer Support would also be good but not so. The charging station for my EufyRoboVac 11s Max went out one day before the final date of the guarantee and the best Support will do is offer a 25% discount on the purchase of a new one. I am disappointed but it is the tone of the employees that is so disappointing for me. I am 84 years old and not tech savy! Jacquelyn Orr-Gamauf
