I love the robot and I do take good care of it to make sure it stays in great shape. They make it very easy to order parts directly from the Website, & even directly from the app. I believe you can order them. It was very easy found accessories for my robot vacuum. I have the Omni Pro X9, I’ve been very happy with it. I’m actually disabled, so it makes less work for my help, and much easier to keep it clean and sweeping and mopping the entire house every time it’s not a toll replacement for keeping a clean tile floor in South Florida, although it certainly keeps the maintenance up and works well as long as you don’t have pets dropping hair all over the floor. Fortunately, I do not anymore, so I thoroughly enjoy having this tool.
