Recommend install SSD !! Don’t use HDD

Excellent !

Excellent, easy to use and supports 16TB SSD hard drive

Needs better cooling and more visible options

Overall is definitely recommended, but I went to check on it and the hard drive was warm to the touch (50C approx). I positioned a USB fan blowing down into the vents to improve airflow to both drive and main unit.Would like to see 5ghz wifi at some point, manual shutoff options for attached devices so I can confirm microSD cards on those. Can USB3 drives be used for active recording and not just for archival, as that would free up space in the chassis for better airflow.Those are my only observations. The AI is terrific at qualified motion triggers and the setup is very easy and automatic. :like:

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON ANY EUFY PRODUCTS.

We purchased these cameras as they were recommended to us by a sales person from/for EUFY.
I originally wanted wired in cameras and was talked out of it: I wanted SWAN as I know they are reliable but the tech talked my partner into these.

We were talked into getting these cameras - EUFY S210 C with home base and have had nothing but trouble and issues since.

Firstly - was told they should last up to 6months with their battery life. Each died within a week of charging and popping them outside. Then I had to buy solar panels for them. Individual solar panels for each camera. another waste of money.

Secondly - They constantly go offline even though the home base is CLOSE. And crazy thong is, the closest camera which is probably not even 6m away from the home base is the one that goes offline the most.

Thirdly - when it rains or when it’s dark (lol it's supposed to get dark outside), despite night vision, you can see bugger all. NADA, nothing. You can only see things when the flood lights come on.

Fourth - I was told to increase motion sensitivity and change the detection area and still it misses everything.
Doesn't detect cars or people at night.

Since putting EUFY cameras up, we have been robbed 7 times.
Each time, the CAMERAS THAT ARE UP HAVE MISSED IT despite being right in front of it.

HOW EMBARRASSING WHEN THE POLICE ARE THERE AT 1AM AND THEY SAY - THANK GOD YOU HAVE CAMERAS... AS YOU GO THROUGH THE RECORDED LOG BUT THE 4 CAMERAS OUTSIDE MISSED ALL OF IT.

we added two more cams to the two we had,for more coverage after loseing two chickens to foxs. they are easy to take down and charge and have good video. my first two i was able to talk to my girl while i was at work,but the new ones i had to shut that audio off as they kept beeping when recording?? still a good system that has no monthly charge.
