        Excellent Performance at an Excellent Price point

        We replaced the old spotlight camera we had over our garage door with this unit. We had our front door replaced a couple of years ago that came with an eufy smart door lock and we're very impressed with the smart features and the security it provides. So when we had to replace the garage camera, we went with the eufy SoloCam E42 and we're so glad we did. It was easy to install with the included hardware and also easy to pair with our wifi. We installed a micro SD card (not included) to maximize storage and we like the fact that no subscriptions are required. We especially like the pan and tilt feature and the quality of the recordings (which are in color) and the overall camera coverage. You can actually make out license plate numbers provided you have the correct angle. We also got a great price as we qualified for a discount as we already had an eufy device. Highly recommend eufy security devices!!!

        Excellent Quality, HD Resolution- LIGHTS!!!!

        I got this as a back - up to some of my other cameras. I’ve been very impressed with the Eufy E42. Setup was quick, the app is easy to use, and the camera has been reliable since day one. Video quality is excellent, and motion detection is accurate without constant false alerts. The AI detection works well and makes notifications useful. Local storage with no required subscription is a big plus. Overall, it’s a well-designed, dependable camera that just works.

        Flexible and easy to use and integrate with home base

        Very easy to install and use. Integrated with our existing Eufy system and provides a wider swath of viewing. If we want to concentrate on a particular part of our yard or the barn we simply swipe in that direction on the phone.

        Why did I wait so long?

        I’ve been an Arlo customer for over five years. It really aggravated me when they made the monthly fees mandatory to store videos. Then they changed their software on the App, and took away some of the control I used to have.A friend recommended the Eufy cameras. I bought a doorbell camera and this solar powered camera for my driveway (I park my new truck outside).The setup was easy; the installation was easy. And despite not having a good angle for direct sunlight, the battery is staying at 100%.I love my Eufy cameras!
