Replacing it

This was our first video doorbell. We bought it 2 years ago. We were happy with it until one day for no apparent reason the glass over camera just fell off. I tried to glue it back on but it made video foggy due to condensation. I tried to get it fixed or replaced by Eufy with no luck. It still worked so we just kept using it. Then shortly after the sound went. The doorbell and video worked but sound did not. We kept it and now it stopped working all together. We are leaving on vacation and want a video doorbell asap. The upgraded ones are on backorder so we are repurchasing this add on doorbell with hopes it will do the job or be better than the last. If not, then I will have to reconsider buying another Eufy.

Failed

The audio failed 1 month after the warranty expired. I have purchased 5 cameras and 3 have failed. Not with it.

This product along with the eufy home base works great. The biggest reason I recommend the eufy Security System is no annual fees like the Ring system, everything is stored on micro disc or you can purchase a hard drive from 1TB on up.
