What is the difference between dual motion detection and single-motion detection?
Other doorbells on the market have only one sensor, radar or passive infrared (PIR) for object detection. Video Doorbell S330 uses both to combine the advantages of heat and sound wave sensing, reducing false alarms** by 95%.
Can the battery doorbell work as a wired doorbell when it's hardwired?
No, the battery doorbell cannot work as a wired doorbell. If you have existing doorbell wires and prefer to hardwire the doorbell, you are welcome to purchase the wired version.
Can I connect my battery doorbell to my doorbell wires to extend battery life?
Yes, you can connect to your existing wires to extend your doorbell's battery life.
How long does the fully charged battery last?

Yes, you can share your device with any of your family members. As an owner, you can adjust permission settings for different people.
Does Video Doorbell S330 support Apple HomeKit?
No, it supports Amazon Alexa and the Google Assistant, but it doesn’t currently support HomeKit.
How many hours of video can I store?
HomeBase 2 has 16GB eMMC built-in storage*, which keeps up to 180 days of video. That assumes you're recording 30 videos per day, and each video is 20 seconds. It's ample storage* for most consumers. Actual storage* capacity does vary depending on recording frequency and video length.
Can I use Echo/Google Home Mini as a chime?
Users can use Alexa Echo as a chime. Here's how:

Most likely, your HomeBase lost connection to the Internet.
Please check if HomeBase is disconnected from your router. If the LED on HomeBase is red, HomeBase cannot connect to the Internet.You should also check if your router has Internet access, or if it any security measures, such as a firewall, could be affecting access.

I have a Eufy 220 inservice with the new generation 3 pro cameras and the himebase 3. I would like to upgrade my 220 door bell, but I see little reason without some night vision function as my entry lights time out at 10 PM and I would like to have some coverage there all night and higher cameras would not give as good facial detail as the doorbell camera.

No subscription required. Works from an SD card and works well for playback. This is my third video doorbell and the best one. I would buy it again.

I wanted a wired doorbell cam to avoid the batteries and recharging. This product is great. It has the app where I can talk to someone ringing my doorbell while I'm away from the house. It makes short video's of everyone that comes to the door and you can review them for the day. You don't need to have a monthly subscription. I think you can save the video's if you want but I have not tried that or have needed to.

This doorbell is rubbish, (do not buy it), in less than a year I have bought two, the last one 5 months ago, they stopped working, I called the warranty and they told me that I did not buy it in an official store (I bought them new on Ebay) so they are not responsible,

Bought this to replace our Ring doorbell since the monthly fee for Ring increased. This doorbell is awesome with great clarity and no monthly fee!!! The chime is an added bonus. With Ring it just notified us through our app. Going to check out Eufy cameras next.

After having this for a few months now I can honestly say it’s a great product and a game changer for the price!! It was easy to install, it charges great with the Florida sun and it does everything it says it should. It’s caught a couple black bears in my yard and even alerted me to a fire I didn’t know was happening.

Love the fact that I don't have to worry about batteries and I get instant alerts on my phone. At night the light comes on when motion is detected. Will be buying another.

I’ve wanted a video doorbell for a while, but I was hesitant to buy a brand which either had a subscription fee or stored videos in the cloud. Not only did the Eufy satisfy both conditions, it’s made by Anker (I only found this after I received the product) which is a brand I personally value and prefer. Very happy with this product and the integrated app. Purchased in a bundle with the home base at a great price. Very happy.
