        Well designed product

        I bought this as a new Airbnb host a year ago and it's been a big success. The design and reliability have been solid. Installation was quite smooth. Setting up a code for each guest is efficient. And it works day in and day out, and looks like a quality product too.

        Reliable, Well built

        Physical installation was easy, for some reason I just didn't understand that the bridge needs to be installed first for smooth set up. Other than that, I can unlock the door via keypad, key, Alexa, or app from anywhere. I took a chance on a brand I never heard of, and glad of it. So much so that I've purchased anothe Eufy product... Solo Indoorcam P24, to replace our Amazon Cloud Cam, which will stop working on Dec. 2nd, 2022.

        Installation took less than 10 minutes on my door. The lock and unlock is quick, but for some reason the Alexa integration is slow.

        Great not having to have keys to get in

        I have a newer front door, but I had to Dremel out a bigger hole for the lock and in the door frame for the strike plates. It took several hours to to the prep work, but it's worth it. The lock is heavy and well made. I installed both strike plates for added security. The set up via the wifi bridge was a little tricky, but I did finally get it set up. I would recommend this to people wanting a secure smart lock in their house.

        Great Product

        I bought this for my backdoor and the fingerprint one for the front door. This one is much slower, it doesn't always detect that the door is closed. When entering passcode it takes longer to turn the lock. It work well but if you can spend a little bit more definitely buy the other one.

        I really like the keypad version of this lock. I've installed a couple of them now. The first time I had an existing deadbolt and it was super easy. I just dropped it in the existing hole and followed the instructions. The second time I had to drill holes in the door and it was a bit more complicated. Overall, still pretty easy to do.

        The app works great. Easy to add new codes for people or remove them in seconds.

        Great easy lock solution

        Easy to install and works great. The deadbolt gets jammed sometimes so I have to lock or unlock again to get it work. Overall, I like it. Seems to have solid quality. Need to see how long will the battery last.
