These are really nice mounts. Easy 2-screw installation. Works on any security camera threads.

The mount came with the camera. The S330 camera drops / sags after a few days. I'm trying to figure out what to do about it. I can't believe eufy didn't notice this issue while testing. No issue with the mounts that came with my older eufycam 2 pro cameras.

The large white knob that secures the SoloCam S40 the plastic threads strip when you tighten it to hold the camera in place resulting in it flopping down. You can't order just a plastic knob to replace it you have to buy the whole bracket for $16 plus shipping plus tax for near $20. And of course that cheap China plastic will also strip. Guess I'll have to get a metal nut that fits the metal screw to keep the camera tight. More write-up here about the same issue. Put a metal thread inside that cheap plastic.

I am a fan of every Eufy product I have purchased (cables, robovac, cameras) but this mount can’t hold up the S330 camera. I replaced my Arlo cameras and their mounts were made out of metal. The cameras were also smaller. The mount needs to be able to hold the camera in the position you need it in.

Can’t tighten bracket enough to hold camera in place need better grip and stability

Love most of Eufy products. The bracket is awful and my cameras are always drooping. please tell me you have fixed this major flaw.

The camera is too heavy for the end of the mount and starts to sink. Eufy needs to rectify this by issuing different mounts to purchasers of the S330 models.

I am a big fan of Eufy, the cameras, and the system, but not this mount. The camera's weight causes the camera position to sag and eventually point too low to be of much use. Of course, I can just move the camera back in position, but for whatever reason, the ball mount will never tighten enough to hold the position for more than a day or so.
