How many devices can be paired to eufy HomeBase Pro?
HomeBase Pro supports up to 34 sensors, 16 Wi-Fi devices, and 4 PoE cameras. To add PoE cameras, connect a PoE switch between cameras and HomeBase Pro.
Note: Max 4 streams (24/7 recording, live view, event recordings, or AC-powered cameras).
How much storage does HomeBase Pro have?
It comes with 32 GB eMMC built-in (6 GB for firmware, 26 GB for storage). Storage can be expanded with a 3.5-inch hard drive (up to 16 TB).
What kind of hard drive can I install on HomeBase Pro?
Type: Hard disk drive (HDD) or solid-state drive (SSD) that use the SATA interface.
Capacity: Up to 16 TB.
Recommended: Surveillance Hard Drive from Western Digital or Seagate.
Additional 2.5 to 3.5 hard drive adapter(B0D1TRQDZF) needed if use SSD
How does 4G work on my HomeBase Pro?
The 4G Cellular Backup Service includes 400 MB of free data upon activation of HomeBase Professional S1. After depletion, continued use requires additional data purchases; otherwise, the SIM card will be suspended, disabling Internet access.
What is the difference between HomeBase Professional and HomeBase 3?
HomeBase Pro supports PoE cameras, HDMI, 3.5 HDD, 4G LTE, 96Wh battery, 4 GB RAM, 32 GB eMMC, 6 TOPS NPU, smart AI search,24 hr backup during outages, and an AI card slot. HomeBase 3 does not support these features.
Is HomeBase Professional S1 compatible with my existing devices?
Why does HomeBase Pro require an Ethernet connection?
For initial setup, please connect HomeBase Pro to your router using the included Ethernet cable. A wired connection helps ensure a more stable and reliable network, which is critical for maintaining uninterrupted protection and dependable alarm performance.
Does HomeBase Pro support HomeKit?
HomeKit is not supported. Matter support is planned, which will enable cross-platform compatibility with major smart home ecosystems.
