Ease of setup. Very good picture.

2 of the 4 eufycams in the set have died and no longer charge. Eufy support has been abysmal in offering repair or replacement parts. Unacceptable. Do not buy.

I purchased six of these cameras along with home base. They were very expensive, but the quality of their video warranted it. I simply can't believe that the entire system will only work if the cameras are within 33 feet of the home base. This system is utterly unusable for anybody that lives in anything bigger than a tiny house. I can't believe this system was developed and released where the cameras don't connect to the home base through the home's network. It is utterly unusable and will all get returned today.

i expected the solar panels to get more energy

Great cameras and system. Just wish it would record more than 20s if possible.

I've got a system with Homebase3, multiple cameras and door/window sensors. The hardware seems to work well but the app is a continuing source of frustration. All door/window sensors send a notification to the app whenever an activation occurs....... even when I have set security to "Home" and therefor expect frequent doors to be opened and closed. So each day I've got dozens of unwanted notificaitons in the cache, and the app is not even consistent in letting me delete them from my phone. Several contacts with the Eufy team have produced nothing but an endless stream of silly requests from their side. If starting over, I would NOT select Eufy.

Was unable to use this setup due to the limitations of the 50ft distance between HomeBase unit and cameras.

This is a kit which come with 1TB hard drive, which is expandable.
Well, it is not. There is only one slot in the "home base", and that is not enough for someone's security needs. My problem is that information in description led me to purchase additional 1 TB hard drive that I have nowhere to "add to" since I need bigger one. Now stuck with 2 of them on the shelf...
Why would they not be up front with what they offer?
When I called customer service, which I was stuck on waiting to talk to for 34 minutes, of which I will never get back!
Once I spoke to "Daria", she was adamant that description IS NOT misleading and if I wanted to talk to a manager, I would have to go back to the website and fill out a form. More time (potentially) wasted here?

At the end of the talk with Daria, I asked to be send shipping label, which was not sent, but only address where to ship it back was sent.
Shipping to Canada is now added $200 bill.
Awful customer experience!

The motion detection is not far at all needs to improve on the. Horrible distance I mean for motion detection Really care if.

We bought the 3 pack camera and hard drive system. At first the system worked fine but after a few months we noticed it would say people are animals. Also the system will say notify us of strangers and call them one of the kids names. This is unacceptable and the reason for two stars. I would not recommend this camera setup to anyone who is really concerned about their security. It does not do what it claims and it is unreliable.
