eufy Auto-Empty C10

We have used various robot vacuum machines for years. After a poop incident with our Roomba i5, we bought a C10 as I saw it was highly rated by CR. They were spot on, I love it. First , it just works. Good mapping, and the no go zones and blocking areas works well. It has multiple settings for the vacuum. It is quieter than all our previous robots, and even on standard setting, it still cleans well and I can still listen to the TV without having to blast the volume. The App is easy to use and I was able to connect it easily to my network. All my previous robots were sort of hard to get to connect to my mesh WiFi, but this one found my 2g network and connected on first attempt. I will say I don’t have carpets on this floor, but we have a black lab who sheds a ton, and it does a great job getting all the hair. The old Roomba would leave patches of dog hair around the house and it would drive my wife crazy. Had this thing for a few weeks now and no clumps left around, and with its lower profile, it actually fits under my couches, for a better clean. Just very happy with the product from day 1

I love the vacuum. It maps the entire house and vacuums very well. I did not want a mop combo just a vacuum. It will try to pick up small cords so you have to make sure they are picked up. You have the option to vacuum the whole house, one room, or just one area. We have vinyl plank flooring. Fits under most furniture.

Mapped perfectly a complex set of rooms first try. Got stuck on a loose bathroom carpet that clumped up but otherwise has been flawless in its first cleaning. Very impressed so far….

The quick-guide pictorial instructions are simple to follow and set it up. The low profile of the vacuum-bot helps going underneath all my furniture. The initial mapping/scanning of the rooms, corners and walls works well and surprisingly accurate to the square-foots. The app gives enough options to customize and schedule my cleaning needs and let you know the usage data of each components. The auto-cleaning to the main station works well so far. Cleaning the main 900+ sqfts area took just over about 2+ hours.

Got it when it was on sale, wonderful mapping as well as pathing. Able to manually control the vacuum too if needed through the app to help with mapping too. I have a Labrador Retriever and an Anatolian Shepherd as well and it vacuums so well even when it's not on the maximum suction setting. Love being able to select rooms in the app and to clean rooms in specific order.

I’ve had the Eufy C10 for 2weeks and it has performed above my expectations. We have 2 large dogs that come indoors and this vacuum actually cleans up the hair better than my upright vacuum. It’s really nice to be able to turn it on, leave the house and return to clean floors. My only regret is that I waited so long to buy it.

Okay, so I’ve only had my new Dirty Harriet a few hours but so far am thoroughly impressed! I used to have an older model, but gave it away during a move. She hooked up to wifi really easily. App downloaded great. She came with about a 40% charge so I let her map the house. Super cool! (Great Dane was not impressed lol)After she went back home I opened the app and just had her do one room to test her skills. She was able to get under the couch (last one got stuck every time) and the floors feel great! She went home to poop part way through the room - I swept 2 days ago � then finished up like a champ.I’m really impressed so far for the price I paid. I hope she keeps up the good work

This little vacuum is an easy to set up, is easy to use, and does a great job cleaning, especially with the increased suction options. The “intelligence” and mapping that it uses is fantastic, and it leaves my floors clean from dirt and dog hair. I’m still waiting to see how long the bag on the home base lasts, but it empties itself and cleans the brush after each “job.” It was definitely a great purchase.

The robot does its job great. Two software updates I want: 1. the ability to customize map boundaries and rooms beyond just dividing and merging. 2. The ability to add more than 10 scheduled cleanings (handy for me as I use the robot to regularly clean a small area around the cat litter box

This vacuum maps the floor pattern excellently, cleans very thoroughly and is very quiet in the standard mode. We are very happy with the results after having tried another vacuum with less power and features.
