How do I optimize the Auto-Detangling Feature?
For pet owners, please increase the self-empty frequency to every 15 minutes and set the suction power to Turbo or Max.
What are X10 Pro Omni and its station's dimensions? And what is the recommended height clearance?
The station's dimensions are (L) 14.41 × (W) 18.11 × (H) 18.90 inches. For the robot, it's (L) 13.90 × (W) 12.87 × (H) 4.47 inches. It is recommended to place the station in an area with a 33.46 inches height clearance for operation and water tank maintenance.
How do I improve edge cleaning with my X10 Pro Omni?
For enhanced edge cleaning, you can use the Edge-Hugging Mopping feature. Update to the latest firmware and app version, then enable it in the app under the mode settings menu.
What are the main differences between eufy X8 Pro with Self-Empty Station, X9 Pro, and X10 Pro Omni?
X8 Pro has a Self-Empty Station, X9 Pro has an Auto-Clean Station to wash and dry its mops. X10 Pro Omni has an 80 ml water tank in the robot, plus an All-in-One Station that washes and dries the mops, and has self-emptying and refilling.

This robot does everything I wanted and more! The vacuum does an efficient job of vacuuming and mopping my floors. The battery lasts a long time and self empties. I only wish it had an actual sensor to determine the water levels in real time.

best robot I have ever had. working smart, auto washing mop and dust dumping, auto mapping, scheduling, detailed customization room and floor materials, great app and hardware. I have to say “use it for a month, worth the money invested in buying this robot”. it costs $200-$300 each time for a cleaning lady to come. the machine can perform the whole floor cleaning work.

This robot vacuum and mop has already come down in price since I first received mine. I love that this machine does everything all at once. There is no swapping parts out for it to vacuum instead of mopping. The tower holds the clean water, dirty water, and dust. The replacement parts are not overpriced. The machine's app is simple to use. The setup was seamless. The app has multiple settings to customize the cleaning you want. The AI options are great when the rooms are not exactly like the mapped settings. Mapping the rooms was extremely fast. It scans the space without going around the entire space. This is one smart little robot. The tower is a little larger than some of the other machines I've used, but the bells and whistles are worth it! The robot fits underneath my coffee table. It can be set on a hugging option that gets close to the corners.The robot cleans itself; it pretty much does everything on its own. It can be controlled with the app, voice control with Alexa, or Google. It can be set on a routine, or do not disturb. This is my third robot, but my favorite! It can be on the louder side, but it's not too noisy. My cat is not bothered by it. I love that I can set it to vacuum and mop simultaneously. This company makes great products. I look forward to trying some of their other items in the future.
