To update, pair HomeBase™ 2 and E40 via the eufy app, then go to Settings > General > About Device > Check for Firmware Update.

Eufy security camera gives an amazingly clear image of anyone in its set viewing vicinity. I was surprised it was so clear with it being 2K; my other cameras are 4K. I would recommend it to anyone and would definitely buy it again as the picture quality is superb.

I never had much faith in solar stuff but I bought 2 of the Eufy solar cameras and so far, I am very happy with the purchase of E40 cameras. Very clear pictures during day and night.
I wanted a no monthly fee outdoor security camera where I would also not have to change a battery or install an additional solar panel. This camera has a built in solar panel that is backed up by a USB charging port if needed so you could charge it up where it has been installed with an extension cord. There also is a solar panel accessory if your spot is too shady. The picture quality is amazing and installation was 2 screws. I bought a second one for the other side of the house. I like the way you can easily map out the camera sensor to exclude bushes blowing or cars going by.
