Smart Lock C220

I bought this to replace an WYZE deadbolt that had never been able to perform as expected, despite couutless hours with customer support and in the forums. This lock performs as promised, and picks up a fingerprint 97% so far. I have NEVER had to use the app (much less my hard key). I just try another time at the fingerprint reader and it works. It does what it says. So far so good… I feel like I got a Dollar for a Dime!

Easy to install and works perfectly. We like this brand much more than our products from a similar brand…

Easy to connect and works great. Easy to access and I would never go back to a regular lock

This lock works as it should and integrated well with my Eufy cameras/app. I originally had a Schlage lock, but couldn’t connect it to my WiFi (router is about 5ft away)…something about 2.4ghz or not having a Schlage hub? I Eufy security products. Super easy to use/install.

Love it. Can have hands full of stuff and just throw one finger and it’s unlocking. Looks great on the door. Lights up so you can easily read the number of finger print isn’t working but I haven’t had any problems with mine at all.

I was surprised at the quality. Feels quite heavy duty. Works well with Alexa and was easy to install.

I've used this lock for close to a year now and love it. It was easy to install in place of my old school deadbolt and easy to set up in the eufy app on my phone. The fingerprint scanner works almost flawlessly, only time I've had any kind of issue is when my fingers are damp or wet. I use this on my primary door so go in and out at least 6 or so times a day every day and I've only had to change batteries once in the year I've owned it. When the batteries are dying, you get plenty of notice in the app to change them. You also get a physical key and you can "jump start" it with a battery pack if you need to. Cant recommend this lockset enough.

Super easy to install, easier to pair. The build quality is really good.

Fast opening lock with great app features.The only thing that's not clear to me is the need for 8 batteries. Seems excessive when i compare to my old fingerprint lock which only used four.I do notice that if i do take 4 of the batteries out, the unit continues to work, so they seem more like they are used as backup, but it was not indicated anywhere.Other than this super minor thing, great unit.
