Installed in 30 minutes. Had to switch dead bolt, which was above old door lock, due to space limitations. Handle now a bit higher, but not an issue. Had to contact customer service on a question of auto lock and they were extremely helpful

As the title says, it's easy to install and use. Which is good because the directions were missing. That was my only issue and wasn't really an issue because the directions are available online and there are plenty of video tutorials too. I really like how quickly it reads my fingerprint and unlocks. I also like the app control and the privacy lock from the inside.

Reliable smart door lock with fingerprint reader. Best part it has a handle which is what I needed and it is at a good price. Used it for couple months and haven’t run into any battery issues yet.

I rarely write reviews, but I have to say that this smart lock was delivered very quickly. The packaging was excellent, and everything inside was perfect, with the added bonus of included batteries, so I didn't have to buy them separately. Installation was very simple; I just followed the instructions, and it took me only an hour or two to complete the installation and setup. After setting up the fingerprint feature, I can now easily unlock my door with just my fingerprint. The texture of the lock is excellent and has a high-tech feel, which makes me feel it was definitely worth it.

Sturdy, for rides, good security, and very easy to set up. The assembly instructions are too small to read and are missing. I recommend the company improves that and send rechargeable batteries with the units.

This is an incredibly smart lock. I can install it in my office or study room to avoid interruptions and prevent the loss of important documents. Additionally, I can manage it through an app, allowing me to remotely unlock the door for other visitors, which is extremely convenient. It truly is a comprehensive solution.
