eufyCam S3 Pro 3-Cam Kit

Our house got broken into, so this is what prompted us to buy them. We have always loved eufy. We have had two robovacs and a baby monitor for them. We love them as a company, so we expected the same quality for these cameras, and they didn’t disappoint. Easy to set up, great video quality, no problems with WiFi, and the night vision is incredible. Highly recommend.

The app is very easy to use and in the cameras have a very modern look. The picture quality is amazing and so is the sound quality the motion detection is very, very good. We’ve had these cameras for a while now and we’ve never had a problem.

Ive used eufy for years now. I originally got the Homebase 2 with the 2 cameras from Best Buy because someone tried to break into my house one morning. It was simple enough to set up yourself, and monitor. So when it came time to upgrade I went with what I trusted, and it's s amazing. The old cameras are compatible with the new homebase, so I actually have more cameras then I was expecting. I also have a pet camera that connects to it, so my fur babies are never truly alone. I always pop in and check on them. The upgraded technology incorporated with the new hardware is amazing. The imaging is really good, and the facial recognition works pretty well.The application that they have created to monitor the system is awesome, and easy to use. Another big plus, there's no monthly subscription. I 100% recommend this system if you're someone who wants to keep eyes on there property.

I decided to get these Eufy cameras after doing some research. The number one selling point for me was the ability to use local, encrypted storage. That means I have a physical back up that no one else has access to. If you use your own hard drive, the app is free (no monthly payment needed) to access your camera and backups.Everything was simple to setup, including installing a hard drive into the home base. The app easily walks you through connecting the cameras, and the settings for each camera is intuitive. I have been running these cameras for close to 8 weeks, and the battery charge from the solar panels on top of them are still above 95%.I am running a small mesh WiFi 6E network, so I have no problem with cameras staying connected to my WiFi network, as I can connect to my WiFi two houses down the street.Motion detection has never failed and the AI identification is impressive. You can save people’s pictures to your home base and it will recognize that person every time they get in range of a camera. There are also speakers on each camera, so you can communicate to people through them.The last point I will make is the night vision is superb. You cannot tell the difference between dark night and let’s say dusk. In my screen shot, you can see me holding a flashlight walking in the backyard, which was pitch black to me. The 9pm looks like it could be before sunset, but that is how good the night vision is.

The solar panels are great! Cameras work great, and it's nice to have the local storage of your video files without having to pay any subscription service. I also have the Eufy doorbell camera. I will never go back to Ring.

I wanted some security cameras to monitor my home and irrigation system when away. I had the Eufy doorbell camera for about 2 years and it worked perfectly over that time so I looked at their security cameras, plus I didn’t need or want a subscription type service. Among their many offerings, I chose the eufyCam S3 Pro 3-cam kit and have been very pleased. It’s only been a few weeks, so we’ll see as time goes on. The kit arrive very quickly and well packaged. Instructions were brief but clear, plus there are many YouTube videos available. The set up and installation was simple and straightforward. Everything worked just as outlined in the instructions, which frankly I was pleasantly surprised. I usually encounter at least one glitch with this type of thing, but there were no problems or unexpected issues. All components appeared to be of high quality. The performance of the cameras has been just as advertised. The hardest part for me was finding suitable locations to mount the cameras so that they covered my desired viewing sites and getting sufficient sunlight to make use of the integrated solar panels. Once I identified a location, it took maybe 15 minutes to install, and I’m not too handy anymore. I’m very happy with the kit. Though somewhat expensive, they serve my needs very well. If your looking for a simple DIY security camera system with no ongoing subscription fees you should definitely consider eufy products.
