eufy Permanent Outdoor Lights E22（50ft with 30 lights）

Customer Support:
I had an issue and couldn't seem to get across what I was looking for.
I wanted 2 light strips (not power cables) as a backup to each of the light sets I bought (100' and 50' e22 permanent lights).
The initial support tech said they are not available online but if you send a ticket to [****] they might be able to order it for you.
I sent the email and provided the SKU# and they replied saying they have no more and can let me know when they are available.
It turned out they were both talking about the power cable extension.
Emailing back and forth about 4 times and getting very frustrated I finally got a significant answer. They do not sell individual light strips but they said they would send me out one for my inconvenience and frustration.
To their word they did what they said! They were also very responsive to every email, chat, and phone call so I am not sure why people were reporting otherwise!

Lights:
I had to use an unconventional mounting technique by carefully fitting the wire under rubber coated staples because on the sides of my house I do not have eaves.
THESE THINGS LOOK AWESOME!!!
My only complaint is the sticky pads don't stick to anything at all.
I didn't even bother with the screws they provided based on so many reviews I read about them having the heads stripping.
My neighbor saw them and said "I want your lights" now I am going to install hers for her soon!

App:
I am still learning how to use it.
I would like to see a more definitive way of selecting the current schedule for the lighting mode you choose. It is in a Customize tab but the lights still seem to be still defaulting to the Everyday Daily Life schedule which is from 6pm to 6am which is not what I want.
I have not learned how to group things together but the app is very configurable and there is much to learn. For what I need it for it is very user friendly for me as a software developer but may be a little intimidating to some.
You can actually turn off lights that you want to hide. I have C9 bulbs on my roof that I have to cover with black electrical tape to hide them.
I researched probably close to 80 different lights before choosing these and am extremely pleased with them!
If I could buy individual strips of lights I would be very excited! But for now they were kind enough to send me a free strip!

Lights are well made and easy to hang

We just got our first 100’ string put up. They are incredible! We love them. We plan to buy some more for our lake house.

Installed them on the front of my house. Install was easy. They are fun to play with the custom "scenes" and ask ai to give you designs. They are very bright. My neighbor's have them too. None of us run them at full power. Mine are usually at 30% and plenty bright! Look forward to more designs on my home lights
