eufy Permanent Outdoor Lights S4 (100 ft with 72 LED Lights)

I haven't installed them yet due to the weather, but they did look great energized in my living room.

Easy five stars for these! I’ve used other Eufy products before, and they’ve always been reliable, so I felt good about buying these and they didn’t disappoint. The cables feel thick and sturdy, not cheap at all, and they seem like they’ll hold up for the long haul. Personally, I put them up for Christmas, but they’re not super festive looking. They blend in well enough that I’m planning to just leave them up year-round instead of taking them down after the holidays. They look clean and modern rather than seasonal. Lastly, being able to control everything from the app is a huge plus. It’s easy to use and makes changing colors or brightness really convenient. Overall, they just work, feel well-made, and do exactly what I was hoping for.

Easy to install and easy to setup. Fantastic system! Very bright!!

This was a tough pill to swallow for only 100ft of lights. But eufy knocked it out of the park. Install is no more complicated than any other lights, just took some time to keep it cleaner. App was fairly intuitive and easy to get going. The flexibility and amount of fun that can be had with this is only limited by your imagination. I am really stoked to be running these year round, likely to the detriment of my neighbors.

Wow, these are amazing. I don't even know where to begin. I looked into another similar light from a brand starting with G, but they looked like a pain to install. I like these eufy lights have a removable mount which makes mounting everything so much easier. I went one by one with a helper pulling the cable tight, marking the spot, then drilling each mount into my eaves. I used the included extension and splicer to put a break between eaves and it worked beautifully. Couldn't have been easier. Install took about 2 days over an entire weekend. I went back at the end to install the radar where I spliced/extended the 2 strings which worked perfectly.The radar was a bit of a pain in the butt to install and configure in the app since it wouldn't initially detect me. I ended up unplugging the entire light set, letting it sit for a minute, then retrying the radar configuration. After that it worked! The radar does work to about 30ft in an almost 180 degree spread, which is great.Onto the app. The "AI" magic dice is pretty worthless to design your light, but the included presets are all pretty good already. It's nearly infinitely adjustable. Not sure if the G brand allows it, but I like that I can disable specific lights! I have this installed above my kids room, so I set those 4 around the window to be disabled, while every other light is on. I wish you could set a schedule for the disabled lights, but for now, it only allows you to disable or enable. At least it remembers which ones you set to disable when you turn that function on and off.Scheduling functionality works great except for one thing. I tried to set it to the christmas theme from December to January 15, but the app errors and says your end date cant be before your begin date since it doesn't seem to count by the year, only by the numerical month. I had to then set duplicate schedules for December and January to get around it. The best thing about the scheduling though, is that you can also set a security schedule so that it triggers the lights to come on when the radar detects something. In practice it works very well, which is awesome. You can set the distance to trigger by width or distance in front. Honestly this is the best feature for this light!!

These lights are bright, extremely customizable, and fun. I bought these because they can be spliced to my needs. I did not want to buy the motion detector with these lights, but that was not an option (my only complaint). Very simple to install and I screwed in every single mount along with the adhesive. Playing with the light settings takes time, but is fun to do while looking at the house.

Lights look great, and have alot of nice patterns. I appreciate they added the screw in options as im not sure how anyone else is getting it to work but the 3m was junk. Took way longer to install than I imagined, but its done and I dont have to mess with christmas lights on the house anymore

Eufy made things easy by providing an abundant amount of hardware for a variety of installation options and easy-to-follow instructions. The app was easy to download install and set up, connecting to the Wi-Fi was a breeze, and it found the light string and the motion sensor on the first try. Everything worked as it should have.I really liked that the installation screws were stainless steel, this will prevent rust in humid areas and provide longevity to the entire installation.The app is intuitive to use, it has hundreds of preprogrammed light string patterns for almost every holiday or season. Additionally you program your own patterns, so there are thousands of options with the lights.While the motion sensor was optional we installed ours for the sense of security with the lights turning on when it senses motion outside. Based on the eave format of our house, we had to purchase a 16 ft extension from Amazon to ensure the lights worked appropriately. The set came with a 10 ft extension which wasn't quite long enough. It's nice to know that options are available to extend and fit most any house. The lights are bright and really add an element of sophistication to our home. We are excited about this holiday season to show off our new set of Eufy S4 lights. While they are a little pricey, the quality appears to be very good, set up is a breeze, and hopefully they last for many years.

Had these lights installed by a professional since I'm not capable of getting up to the roof of my house. Everything is neat so they had no issues with installation. Using the app for control, setting presets and changing light themes was very smooth and everything worked extremely well. The smart home integration was solid, and for holiday displays, the color and effect choices are really impressive. The light is bright and does not flicker. It performs exactly as described and I am very happy to get this all installed before the holidays! These lights are a bit expensive, but if you want permanent, it is better to buy it right the first time then have to replace it later.
