These cameras are awesome. The fixed camera and the pan-tilt-zoom camera work together to track motion and zoom in to people and pets, etc.The video quality is very good. The fixed camera lens can be adjusted up and down to set it to watch an area. The motion tracking camera sees motion from the fixed camera and moves and zooms to get a close view of the subject.The range of view for motion sensing can be set for various angles distances to reduce street motion. I have a small yard and set it to reduce traffic triggering.The cameras are easy to install once, in my case, I got holes drilled in my hard brick. Easy mounting on wood.The solar panels easily attach and adjust to keep the cameras charged. I have both solar panels camera mounted. The panels come with cables for remote mounting.These cameras should be great for large areas. I have to restrict mine due to traffic in the front of the house and the alley traffic behind the house.There are many settings that allow the cameras to be configured to fit your needs.

Best system I’ve had so far

Probably the best purchase I have ever made on Amazon. Did my research and decided to go with Eufy, even though the name was kind of funny, and it exceeded expectations! Love the fixed view and that fact that the pan/zoom/tilt camera worked he way it did was very cool! Would order more, but only needed the two. Thanks Eufy!

I originally bought them because they seemed cool and I love technology. I have to say that with the local AI for motion tracking and object recognition vs having to rely on a vendors cloud infrastructure for anything useful, this is a winner. I like that Eufy built them with privacy in mind as well. If you’re looking for an easy install, want local storage and something that will auto track objects, I’d recommend it. These come with a larger solar panel compared to the E42 but I opted for direct power connection so I have no comment on the panels. All in all I’d say Ring/ Blink have some competition with these on the market now. Also, they did recently endure -30 degree temperatures, no noticeable issues, for those that live in colder climates.

works great with the included base station. Tracks and zooms on activity. Battery charges on just an hour or two of sunlight a day (but I have it attached to my outdoor light, which is on for an hour or two each day)

Perfect engineering. They thought of every detail to make installation and use a pleasure. Highest quality product and all the product support you could want. Buy this one!

These cameras are great! I'm coming from Arlo and love that I don't have any storage fees and the PTZ feature works fantastic!

Cameras are nice and it's fairly straightforward to set up. I tried using the home base and with an extra 1 TB SSD storage and the fan starts up and is very loud. I can hear it from the other end of my house and over my TV. Rebooting it only stops the fan for a few minutes and it starts back up. This is with the home base outside of any cabinets with good ventilation.This issue seems to be consistent with online threads from other users. I had to disconnect the SSD and am only using the 16 Gb of internal storage. Eufy support has so far been unreachable after two calls.Update: Eufy support sent me a new Homebase and Toshiba SSD card. It no longer makes the noise it did before.

Good overal cameras. Very good resolution both day and night. Lots of features like AI facial recognition, homebase connectivity or wi-fi connection (without homebase), plenty of storage available with upgrades possible with homebase. Very durable and "heavy" feel to them. Good battery life, unless using live view, which diminishes the battery more than just recording video when triggered. Very easy to setup both wi-fi and home base. Connectivity is a bit of an issue at times. When going into live view, sometimes it takes a few seconds to up to a minute. This is kind of expected since it is wireless. There are also lags in the PTZ control but, again, it's wireless so this is kind of expected. The trigger distance is not the best, sometimes it doesn't trigger when a vehicle approaches the house and the triggers can be delayed a few seconds. Overall, they do fine for my setup. However, if speed and connectivity are a must have for you, I would look into POE options as they are hardwired and would reduce/eliminate and delays or lags.
